Collector Qurban Ali to inaugurate WeBOC at Torkam today

ISLAMABAD: Collector Customs Peshawar Qurban Ali will officially inaugurate WeBOC system at Torkham. An opening ceremony will be held in this connection at 2 p.m.

Sources told Customs Today that all officials concerned of the Customs Department will also be present on the occasion. Sources said that Collector Qurban Ali also informed higher authorities that all arrangements were finalized to launch WeBOC system at Torkham and an experiment was conducted by using mineral coal and waste cotton on WeBOC system. Launching of WeBOC was delayed because authorities wanted to launch it on the International Customs Day.
