Collector Uwais Jawwad Agha tells officers to follow up court cases

KARACHI: Model Customs Collectorate Appraisement-West Collector Owais Jawwad Agha has instructed the officials of the field formations to properly follow up the cases pending in courts.

According to the sources, Collector Jawwad held a detailed meeting with Additional Collector Muhammad Saleem Memon and Deputy Collector Ghulam Nabi Kamboh.

In the meeting, the collector emphasized the need for a proper follow up of cases of the Appraisement-West in the Appellate Tribunal, Customs Court and Sindh High Court so as to improve performance and revenue.

It was also resolved that a series of meeting would be held in future to discuss and chalk out future course of action, sources added.
