ISLAMABAD: Control of Narcotic Substances (CNS) Judge Iram Niazi has imposed Rs 0.2 million fine on two suspects for allegedly trying to smuggle 6 kg heroin. The arrested, Sultan Iqbal and Muhammad Usman were trying to smuggle heroin to the South Africa through the Qatar Airways. The heroine was packed in the shirts. The consignment was checked on the order of Customs Deputy Collector. Customs Superintendent Javid Ali Rao recovered 6 Kg heroin after receiving orders. The shirts were being sent to the South Africa by the Sum and Sim exporter company. The owner of the company Afzal Butt during investigation told the names of the involved including Shakeel Ahmad, Faizan Ali Rifaqat, Sultan Iqbal and Waqas Afzal Butt. The customs team recovered 7kg more after getting information. The court has punished the involved for three years.
