Corruption case: Qasim Zia offers plea bargaining

LAHORE: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Qasim Zia on Monday offered a plea bargaining to the National Accountability Bureau Court, Lahore, on corruption charges against him.

The hearing was held at the Accountability Court in which the accused was presented after expiry of judicial remand. During the court proceedings, Zia offered plea bargaining over NAB allegations. PPP leader Aitzaz Ahsan also met Zia outside the court and consulted him in his case.
