Cotton fee: Excise achieves 76pc target, generates Rs 465m in 9.5 months of FY 2014-15

LAHORE: The Punjab Excise and Taxation Department has collected 76 percent of the target under the head of cotton fee in nine and half month of the fiscal year of 2014-15.

According to official sources and documents available to Customs Today, the Punjab excise has collected this amount against the target of Rs 613 million for the fiscal year of 2014-15. Total revenue generated by Punjab excise through cotton fee was Rs 465 million up to 15 April 2015.
