LAHORE: Session Court awards life imprisonment to two drug smugglers. Both smugglers were involved in smuggling of 22 kilograms of cocaine and three kilograms of heroin. The case was being heard in Session Court Lahore.
Sources told Customs Today that Additional Session Judge Nadeem Ansari conducted hearing of 22 kilograms cocaine and three kilograms heroin smuggling case. The challan was presented before the Court in 2009.
The accused Imdad Khan and Munawar was arrested red handed by the police near Sagian Pull in 2009 and police registered the case and challan was presented before the Court.
The case was being heard for six years and after the completion of hearing the Court concludes the case and sentenced life imprisonment to both accused persons.
