Accused TCS regional manager Ghazanfar Gul and Smart Zone CEO Shakirullah are imprisoned in Adiala Jail and have not been able to get bail so far. Shakirullah has, however, moved the Lahore High Court Rawalpindi bench for his bail. The court will hear his plea on Friday (today).

The customs intelligence officials have decided to oppose the bail plea and have issued directions to the department’s lawyer Mueen in this regard.
