Customs Adjudication summons three respondents today

LAHORE: The office of the Collector of Customs Adjudication Lahore Nabha Road has summoned respondents in case number 48/2016.

The Additional Collector customs adjudication summoned the respondents . M/s. M.I. Traders, importer, shop no.9-I/E, Main Shadman, Market, Lahore, M/s. Zain Enterprises and Afzal Cargo Enterprises, 315-D,Gulshan-e-Ravi, Lahore and M/s. Danish Traders, Street. No. 15-B, Main Bazar, Mujahidabad, Mughalpura Lahore asking them to appear to respond case No. 48/ADC/Adi/HQ/2016.

The respondents were issued show cause notice no.48 and informed that it has been decided to hear the above cited case by the Additional Collector of Customs, (Adjudication), Lahore on 28.3. 2017 at 11:30 a.m. at Customs House, Nabha Road, Lahore.

The were asked that they are, therefore, required to appear before the adjudicating authority in person or through your accredited representative on the date and time so fixed, In case of failure to avail the opportunity of hearing, the case will be decided ex-party on the basis of evidences available on record.
