Customs Appellate Tribunal hears 16 cases on Wednesday

LAHORE: Customs Appellate Tribunal bench-II comprising Judicial Member Omer Arshad Hakeem and Technical Member Imran Tariq heard 16 cases on Wednesday and adjourned all of them until the next hearing.

Customs Appellate Tribunal heard 16 cases, including Ajmair Traders versus Customs Lahore, Rashid Ahmed versus directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore, Momin Sons versus Post Clearance Audit (PCA) Lahore, Muhammad Zaman versus directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore.

On Wednesday, Muhammad Sadique versus directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore, Sitaira Spinning two appeals versus Customs Lahore, Ali Muhammad versus directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore, Muhammad Amir versus Customs Lahore.

Furthermore, tribunal heard cases of Sugi Private Limited versus Customs Lahore, Zafar Brothers (four appeals) versus Customs Multan, Excel Pakistan versus ustoms Lahore, Muhammad Anwar versus directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore, Kakub International versus Customs Lahore, Customs Faisalabad versus Mahmood Ahmed and Sky International versus Customs Lahore.

In all cases the counsel of appellants appears before the court and argued in favour of appellant after hearing the arguments from the appellant sides all cases were adjourned for next date of hearing.
