Customs Appellate Tribunal hears 10 cases on Wednesday

LAHORE: Customs Appellate Tribunal Divisional Bench-II heard 10 cases on Wednesday. All cases heard  by Member Judicial Omer Arshad Hakeem  and Member Technical Imran Tariq.

The cases which were scheduled for hearing includes Chudhary Farooq Raza versus customs Sambrial, Malik Khadim Hussain versus customs Sambrial, Mujahid Iqbal versus customs Faisialabad, Shahzad Enterprises versus customs Lahore.

Not a single case decided by divisional bench.
