Customs Appellate Tribunal hears 12 cases on Tuesday

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal bench-II comprising Judicial Member Omer Arshad Hakeem and Technical Member Imran Tariq heard 12 cases on Tuesday and adjourned all of them until the next hearing.

Customs Appellate Tribunal heard  the cases including Alfarid Benedict versus Customs Lahore, Tahir Rauf versus directorate of intelligence and investigation Faisalabad, D.L Indus versus directorate of intelligence and investigation Gujrat, Afsar Raza versus Customs Faisalabad.

On Tuesday, tribunal heard more cases including Abdul Rehman versus customs Sambrial, Customs Faisalabad versus International, Abdul Malik versus customs Faisalabad, Wapda Nespak versus Customs Multan.

Furthermore, tribunal heard cases of Abdul Ali versus directorate of intelligence and investigation Lahore, Hafiz Steel versus directorate of intelligence and investigation Multan, Baz Muhammad versus directorate of intelligence and investigation Lahore and Six star sports versus Customs Sambrial.

In all cases the counsels of appellants appeared before the court and argued in the favour of their respective appellant parties.
