Customs Appellate Tribunal hears 12 cases on Wednesday

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal bench-II comprising Judicial Member Omer Arshad Hakeem and Technical Member Imran Tariq heard 12 cases on Wednesday and adjourned all of them until the next hearing.

Customs Appellate Tribunal conducted the hearing of cases which included Chudhary Farooq Raza versus Customs Sambrial, Kalash Textile versus Customs Faisalabad, Shakir Hussain versus directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad, Customs Lahore versus Advance International.

On Wednesday, tribunal heard cases of Taj Impex versus Customs Sambrial, Surraya Textile versus Customs Lahore, Customs Lahore versus Maxi inch, Farhad Ali versus directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Multan.

Furthermore, Zafar Brothers four appeals versus Customs Multan, Union Traders versus Customs Lahore, K.P.I Private Limited versus Customs Faisalabad and Arzoo Textile versus Customs Faisalabad.
