Customs Appellate Tribunal hears 13 cases on Wednesday

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal has heard 13 cases on Wednesday. All 13  cases were heard by Division Bench-II comprising Member Judicial Omer Arshad Hakeem and Member Technical Imran Tariq.

The Division Bench heard the case of of Sitara Spinning Mills versus Customs Lahore, Muhammad Hussain versus Customs Faisalabad, Customs Lahore versus Kamala Brothers, Customs Sambrial versus Wool Worth Traders.
