LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal has heard 13 cases on Wednesday. All 13 cases were heard by Division Bench-II comprising Member Judicial Omer Arshad Hakeem and Member Technical Imran Tariq.
The Division Bench heard the case of of Sitara Spinning Mills versus Customs Lahore, Muhammad Hussain versus Customs Faisalabad, Customs Lahore versus Kamala Brothers, Customs Sambrial versus Wool Worth Traders.
Directorate Lahore versus Shaukat Ali, Mobile Sales versus Valuation Lahore, Customs Lahore versus Shaukat Khanum, Muhammad Awais versus Customs Lahore, Shehnaz Perveen versus Directorate Intelligence and Investigation Lahore, Major Shahid Ali versus Customs Lahore, Customs Lahore and Muhammad Habib Khan versus One International.
