Customs Appellate Tribunal hears 15 cases on Tuesday

LAHORE: Customs Appellate Tribunal heard 15 cases on Tuesday. All cases were heard by bench-II comprising Member Judicial Omer Arshad Hakeem and Member Technical Khawaja Omer Mehdi. All cases were adjourned for the next dates.

According to details, on Tuesday Customs Appellate Tribunal heard fifteen cases which including Colony Mills versus Customs Lahore, Sitara Spinning versus Customs Lahore two cases, directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore versus Shaukat Ali, Surraya Textile versus Customs Lahore.

Furthermore, Customs Faisalabad versus Raza Aqeel, Amin Khan versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad, JK, Fiber Mills versus Customs Faisalabad, Sky Limited versus Customs Lahore, Salman Butt versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore.

Earlier Customs Appellate Tribunal heard cases which includes case of Khawaja Asad versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad, Muhammad Asgher versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad, Amir Ali Khan versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore, Ali Shan versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore, Customs Multan versus Mian Muhammad Naeem.

Most of these cases will be heard in next week in some cases the parties finally argued before the tribunal.
