Customs Appellate Tribunal hears 16 cases on Tuesday

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal heard 16 cases on February 18. All cases were heard by the special bench-II comprising Judicial Member Omer Arshad Hakeem and Technical Member Omer Mehdi.

The bench heard the cases including Waseem Enterprises versus Lahore Customs collect, Mansoor Salahuddin versus Lahore Customs collector, Mansoor & Co. versus Lahore Customs collector, AS International versus Lahore Customs, Akhtar Nasir versus Lahore Customs, Al Barkat Traders versus Lahore Customs, Maria Enterprises versus Lahore Customs Appraisement collector, Arslan Shafiq versus Lahore Customs Preventive collector, Anyat & Co. versus Lahore Customs, Nasir Brothers versus Lahore Customs. Ramish International versus Lahore Customs, Askari Logistics versus Customs Preventive, Fazal Haq versus Faisalabad Customs, Muhammad Naeem versus Lahore Customs and Abdul Karim versus Lahore Customs.
