Customs earns Rs 25.12m through auction of seized goods, vehicles

MULTAN: The Customs Intelligence and Investigation Multan Range office has generated Rs 25.12 million from the auction of seized vehicles and miscellaneous goods.

According to details, the Customs Intelligence has sold 10 confiscated vehicles during the public auction which were seized during anti-smuggling activities. The Customs offered 14 seized vehicles, including Toyota Corolla X, Hilux Surf, Corolla G, Prado, Vitz, Land Cruiser for auction.  Auto parts, welding rods, tyres and ball bearings were also auctioned. Additional Director Customs Nisar Ahmad supervised the auction process along with Superintendent Fareed ud Din Masood.
