Customs Appellate Tribunal hears 17 cases on Tuesday

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal division bench-II on 18.9.2018  hear 17 cases and adjourned all for different dates without those cases whose verdicts were reserved.

The division bench-II, comprising Member Judicial Omer Arshed Hakeem and Member Technical Muhammad Sadiq heard all seventeen appeals including Muhammad Tariq Shiekh versus Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation Lahore, Salman Butt versus Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation Lahore, M/s Power Chemical versus Customs Faisalabad and Muhammad Sadiq versus Customs Lahore.

The same bench heard appeals of M/s Noor Ali versus Customs Lahore, Khalid Mehmood versus Customs Faisalabad, Raja Intesar versus Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation Gujrat, M/s Solar Tech Private versus Customs Lahore, M/s Junaid Tariq versus Customs Lahore, Gull Muhammad versus Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation Multan, Mohyuddin versus Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation Multan.

Furthermore, same bench heard appeals of Jehanzaib versus Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation Multan, Zahoorul Hassan versus Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation Multan, Collector Customs Multan versus Muhammad Naeem Bhatti, Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation Gujrat versus Muhammad Luqman, Collector Customs Lahore versus R H Traders and Post Clearance Audit (PCA) Lahore versus Shangshun.

Decision in appeals of Collector Customs Multan versus Muhammad Naeem Bhatti and two others the verdicts are reserved.
