Customs Appellate Tribunal hears 18 cases on Tuesday

LAHORE: Customs Appellate Tribunal heard 18 cases on Tuesday. All cases were heard by bench-II comprising Member Judicial Omer Arshad Hakeem and Member Technical Khawaja Omer Mehdi. All cases were adjourned for the next dates.

According to details, Customs Appellate Tribunal conducted the hearing of 18 cases. The Customs Appellate Tribunal resumed the hearing of cases from Monday after Eid and summer vocations.

On Tuesday Customs Appellate Tribuna heard eighteen cases which includes Saeed Nawaz versus Customs Multan, Al-Farid Versus Customs Lahore, Qaisar Ali versus Customs Lahore, Malik Khadim Hussain versus Customs Sambrial, Customs Lahore versus Amber Capacitors, Six Star Sports versus Customs Sambrial.

Furthermore, Customs Appellate Tribunal heard Muhammad Awais versus Customs Lahore, Alba International versus Customs Lahore, Unique Enterprises versus Customs Lahore, Hafiz Steel versus directorate of Intellegence and Investigation Multan, Sakhawat Ali versus Directorate of Intellegence and Investigation Gujrat.

Yesterday, Customs Appellate Tribunal heard which includes case of Rehmat Ullah versus directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore, three cases Sardar Muhammad, Shah PVC Coated and Shafiq Khan versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore. Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore versus Hakim Khan, Arzoo Taxtile versus Customs Faisalabad and Ahmed Khan versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad.
