Customs Appellate Tribunal hears 20 regular cases

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal division bench-I heard two stay petitions and 20 cases filed by different parties against customs departments.

On 19.9.2018 Customs Appellate Tribunal division bench-II comprising Member Judicial, Muhammad Shabbir Gujjar and Member Technical Saud Imran conducted the proceedings of the tribunal.

During the hearing the bench heard two stay petitions filed by Ataul Qadoos Khan versus Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation Lahore and Wali Muhammad versus Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation Faisalabad.

Division bench also heard twenty appeals of Collector Customs Lahore versus Waqar Traders, Farhad Enterprises versus Collector Customs Lahore, Muhammad Yousaf versus Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation Lahore, Muhammad Wazir versus Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation Faisalabad, M/s 4-B Gental International versus collector Customs Lahore, M/s Wasa versus Collector Customs Lahore.

The same bench heard appeals of Fahad Niazi versus Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation Lahore, M/s Jasim Saddique versus Collector Customs Lahore, M/s Dastgir versus Collector Customs Lahore, Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation Lahore versus Riknas International, Shehzad Traders versus Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation Lahore.
