Customs Appellate Tribunal hears 26 cases on Monday

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal bench-II comprising Judicial Member Omer Arshad Hakeem and Technical Member Imran Tariq heard 26 cases on Monday and adjourned all of them until the next hearing. The Customs Appellate Tribunal heard two cases which were forwarded by the Lahore High Court (LHC).

The cases which were scheduled for hearing included Customs Lahore versus Muhammad Yousaf and Muhammad Yousaf versus Customs Lahore.

Customs Appellate Tribunal hears two fresh cases of Mir Buksh versus Customs Faisalabad and Nadir Shah versus Customs Faisalabad. Two stay cases filed by Saigal Qingqui versus Customs Lahore.

On Monday, Customs Appellate Tribunal heard 20 regular cases including Space World Trade versus Customs Lahore, Shehnaz Parveen versus directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore, A.J Textile versus Customs Faisalabad, Digital World versus Post Clearance Audit (PCA) Lahore,  Mian Ahsan versus  directorate of Intelligence and Investigation  Lahore, Sakhawat Ali versus directorate of Intelligence and Investigation  Gujrat.

Furthermore, Amjad Ali versus Customs Lahore, Colony Mills versus Customs Lahore, Sugi Private versus Customs Lahore, three cases comprising 78 appeals of Askari Logistics versus Customs Lahore, Sohail Ahmed seven appeals versus Customs Lahore, A-One Enterprises versus Customs Lahore and Nasir Brothers versus Customs Lahore.
