Customs Appellate Tribunal hears 83 case on Monday

LAHORE: Customs Appellate Tribunal has heard 83 cases on Monday. Tribunal Bench-I comprising member Judicial/Chairman Ghulam Murtaza Bhatti and Member Techinical Khawaja Omer Mehdi heard 47 cases and Bench-II member Judicial Omer Arshed Hakeem and member techinical Khawaja Omer Mehid heard 36 case.

Bench-II heared two cases of Salahudin and Aman Ullah versus Customs Multan, Frientier Enterprises versus Customs Multan, Wali Jan versus Customs Multan, Muhammad Habib Khan versus Customs Faisalabad, Nawab Gull versus Customs Faisalabad, two cases of Director Customs Lahore and Omer Farooq versus Gull Alam, Docks Private Limited versus Customs Lahore, Friends Logistics versus customs Lahore, Colloctor Customs Lahore versus Abdul Qadir etc.
