Customs Appellate Tribunal postpones hearing of 10 cases until Feb 15

ISLAMABAD: Customs Appellate Tribunal, Islamabad Bench-I on Wednesday adjourned the hearing of 10 customs cases until February 15.

A single bench of the Customs Appellate Tribunal comprising Chairman Ghulam Murtaza Bhatti heard the arguments on the second day of his stay in the federal capital and adjourned the hearing.

The cases, which were heard by the chairman, included appeals filed by government and non-government bodies. However, only one case was filed by government body, i.e. Directorate General of Intelligence and Investigation. Other cases were filed by M/s Kohinorr Chemical, Aftab Ahmed, United Wings Trading, Mirza Muhammad Majid, and SMI Traders, M/S Sama Enterprises.
