Customs Appellate Tribunal reserves decision on three cases

ISLAMABAD: Chairman of Customs Appellate Tribunal, Ghulam Murtaza Bhatti had to form a Special Division Bench in order to hold hearings at Islamabad office following unavailability of Member Technical, Nasir Khan. The chairman formed a special division bench comprising another Member, Muhammad Saleem.

Afterwards, Special Division Bench heard cases and reserved decisions on three and adjourned the hearing of ten cases until January 25.
