Customs Appellate Tribunal reserves verdict of case involving FBR’s field offices

ISLAMABAD: Customs Appellate Tribunal reserved decision on customs matter involving field offices of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on Thursday.

The bench reserved decision after completing hearing of the matter. The bench had directed the respondents to submit their replies at the earliest.

Customs Appellate Tribunal’s bench comprising Members Tribunal, Syed Muhammad Anwar and Muhammad Nasir Khan heard the matters. M/s United Diplomatic Bonded Warehouse and M/s Danial Engineering had filed the references.

Counsels from M/s United Diplomatic Bonded Warehouse and M/s Danial Engineering appeared before the bench and demanded time from the bench for finalizing preparations for the case.

The bench then directed the counsels to finalized the arguments and relating stuff and then appear before the bench next week.

M/s United Diplomatic Bonded Warehouse and M/s Danial Engineering had filed cases against Collectorate of Customs, Islamabad.
