ISLAMABAD: A special bench of the Customs Appellate Tribunal on Monday reserved judgment of a case filed by M/S Trade Master Company.
The special bench comprising Chairman Ghulam Murtaza Bhatti and Member Technical Muhammad Nasir Khan heard the case. The bench reserved the judgment with the conclusive arguments from both sides on the day.
The company had filed the petition against customs collector, Islamabad. The company had challenged a decision of customs collector in the tribunal in which a penalty was imposed on the company. Advocate Sikandar Naeem Qazi contested the case from appellant’s side before the tribunal.
