Customs Appellate Tribunal to hear cases filed against FBR

ISLAMABAD: The Customs Appellate Tribunal, Islamabad Bench, will hear four cases filed against field offices of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on Wednesday.

A single bench of the Customs Appellate Tribunal Bench-II would hear the cases filed by Muhammad Usmanul Haq, Zamanul Haq and M/s Indus Laboratory. All these cases had submitted complains against the Customs, Islamabad.

The bench comprising Member Technical, Muhammad Nasir Khan will hear the said cases.

Meanwhile, a division bench, comprising of Member, Muhammad Maqsoodul Hassan and Muhammad Nasir Khan, would also hear a case filed by M/s Win Pipe Industries against director general Customs Intelligence, Islamabad.
