ISLAMABAD: A division bench of the Customs Appellate Tribunal Bench-II will hear four tax references on Tuesday (today) involving Directorate General of Intelligence and Investigation and Collectorate of Customs, Islamabad.
The division bench of the Customs Appellate Tribunal comprises Member Technical Muhammad Maqsoodul Hassan and Member Technical Muhammad Nasir Khan.
M/S Amson Vaccines, through Advocate M Naeem, had filed a petition against Customs, Islamabad. M/s Amson Vaccines had filed a petition challenging the Customs Department orders, panelizing it for paying short-duty under the head of different imported items.
Three other appellants, M/s Tesla Industries, M/s Win Pipe Industries had filed cases against Directorate General of Intelligence and Investigation, Islamabad. The appellants had challenged customs intelligence decisions before the tribunal.
