Customs Appellate Tribunal will hear two references filed against customs authorities

ISLAMABAD: The Customs Appellate Tribunal will hear two customs references on Tuesday filed against the Collectorate of Customs, Islamabad.

A single bench of the Customs Appellate Tribunal comprising Member Technical Muhammad Nasir Khan would resume the hearing of the cases which he had to adjourn last month following absence of parties from the tribunal. The first case, to be heard, is filed by Zaman Ul Haq and the second one is filed by M/s Indus Laboratory. The appellants in all of the said cases had challenged the customs decisions before the tribunal.
