Customs Court extends remand of suspect in Rs 7.5 million tax evasion case

LAHORE: The Special Court of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling has extended the judicial remand of accused, Fazal Hussain, in a tax evasion case.

As per details, the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Inland Revenue (IR) Lahore while investigating found that Fazal. Hussain made huge bank transaction many times but never paid a single penny to the national kitty. After investigations, the IR officials arrested the accused imposing charge of tax evasion to the tune of Rs 7.5 million.
