Customs Court grants post-arrest bail to director of M/s Joy Foam

LAHORE: The Special Federal Court of Customs, Taxation and Anti Smuggling has approved the post-arrest bail plea filed by Hassan Javed, the director of M/s Joy Foam. The suspect is facing charges of huge tax evasion.

Judge Chaudhary Ameer Muhammad Khan has approved his bail against surety bonds and cash guarantees. Earlier, the Special Court of Customs, Taxation and Anti-Smuggling remanded the suspect into the Customs Investigation’s custody for 1 ten days and then send him to jail for judicial trial.
