Excise motor branch holds auction of striking numbers

LAHORE: The motor branch of the Excise and Taxation Department has held the auction of attractive numbers of LEC-16 which remained most successful auction of the current year.

According to details, a number of citizens participated in the auction held at Fareedkot House. Excise and Taxation Officer motor branch Qurban Shah was supervising the auction. Number LEC-1-2016 sold in Rs 6,25,000 which was bad by a citizen Taj Muhammad. Another attractive number 786 was purchased in Rs 200,000 by a citizen Muhammad Yonus who offered maximum rate in auction for his favorite number. LEC-11-2016 was purchased by a lady Sadia in Rs 4,25,000 which is another smart bid.
