LAHORE: The Special Court of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling heard 11 important cases on Tuesday including pre-arrest bail pleas.
Cases including tax evasion, customs, smuggling and narcotics were scheduled for the day’s hearing.
Pre-arrest bail pleas of Muhammad Akram, Manzoor Hussain, Muhammad Nadeem and Shahzad Ali were also scheduled for the day which court has suspended until the next hearing of the cases.
Cases of smuggling were also a part of the day’s schedule in which court recorded the statements of the parties. In some cases Customs court recorded witnesses statements and issued necessary directions.
