Customs Court hears 11 cases on Wednesday, including smuggling, narcotics

LAHORE: The Special Court of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling heard 11 important cases on Wednesday and issued necessary orders and directions in number of cases.

On Wednesday, 11 cases of different types were scheduled for hearing, including pre-arrest bail pleas of accused Shaukat Ali, after hearing arguments of different parties issued orders on bail plea adjourned for new date.

The cases, including tax evasion, customs, smuggling and narcotics, were also scheduled for the day. The court also proceeded on statements and witnesses on four different cases on the day. The cases of Dera Ghazi Khan, Lahore, Gujranwala, Sialkot and Faisalabad were scheduled for the day.
