LAHORE: The Special Court of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling heard 15 important cases on Monday and issued orders of judicial remand of an accused involved in a smuggling case.
As per details, 15 cases of different types, including pre-arrest bail pleas filed by Muhammad Akhtar Rasool, Israr Hussain, Abdul Rehman and Shahrooz were scheduled for the day, while all the bail pleas have been adjourned until next hearing.
A case against Niaz Ahmad was also scheduled for the day in which both parties submitted their arguments before the court but the judge has adjourned the case for crime framing.
The cases of Lahore, Gujranwala, Sialkot and Jhelum were scheduled for the day.
