LAHORE: The Special Court of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling heard 18 important cases on Saturday and adjourns most the cases.
On Saturday, a total 18 cases of different types were scheduled including pre-arrest bail pleas of accused persons as well the court adjourned bail pleas of Touqeer Butt, Siraj Malik and Hussain until the next hearing of the cases. However, the court has accepted a bail application of suspects in tax evasion.
The court also proceeded on statements and witnesses in four different cases on the day. The cases of Lahore, Gujranwala, Sialkot and Jhelum were scheduled for the day.
The cases, including tax evasion, customs, smuggling and narcotics, were scheduled for the day.
