Customs Court hears 32 cases on Wednesday

LAHORE: The Special Customs Court on Wednesday adjourned more than one dozen pre-arrest bails pleas, including Malik Siraj’s plea which is pending before the court for the last three months. In the Special Court of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling, different cases were scheduled for hearing on Wednesday.

The Special Court of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling heard 32 important cases, including pre-arrest bail pleas of accused persons. The court adjourned pre-arrest bail pleas of Abdul Qayyum, Muhammad Shafique, Ahmad Noor, Abdul Khaliq, Ihsan Elahi, Tahir Ali, Iqbal, Shair Afzal, Muhammad Faisal, Amir Raza, Abdul Rehman and Zulfiqar Anjum. The Special Court of Customs Judge adjourned all bail pleas until the next hearing.
