LAHORE: The Special Court of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling has issued arrest warrants for a suspect who is allegedly involved in a smuggling case.
According to the details, Kamran Khan son of Abdul Khaliq, a is a resident of village near Bannu Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, was issued many notices to appear before the court for attending the hearing.
But, he failed to appear before the court and defend the imposed allegations against him. Therefore, the customs court has issued warrants directing him to appear before the court within 10 days otherwise he will be declared a proclaimed offender. The suspect is wanted by Faisalabad Customs authorities in a smuggling case which was registered against him in 2015.
