RAWALPINDI: Custom Court, expressing annoyance over model Ayyan Ali’s absence in the currency smuggling case’s hearing, has ordered her to appear in the next hearing.
Ayyan’s counsel informed the court that his client is busy with a pending case hearing in Lahore High Court, therefore, she could not appear. The court was displeased with her absence but accepted the exemption plea. Custom Court – threatening to take action against her – ordered the model to appear before it on the next hearing at any cost.
