Customs Court rejects plea to further investigate Ayyan Ali‏

ISLAMABAD: Special Customs Court Judge Rana Aftab Ahmed Khan has rejected the plea to grant  more time to investigate super model Ayyan Ali in money laundry case filed by Customs Intelligence.

According to details,  during hearing of the case, the custom’s counsel prayed the court that to allow more time to Customs Intelligence authorities to investigate Ayyan Ali  in money laundering case.

Ayan’s counsel Sardar Latif Khosa argued before the court that there is no need for further investigation of his client. After hearing the arguments from both sides, the court gave its judgment in favor of super model Ayyan Ali and rejected the application to grant time for further investigations.
