KARACHI: Directorate General of Customs Valuation with the consent of Director Customs Valuation Abdul Rashid Sheikh issued Valuation Ruling No 715/2015 to determine customs values of Ferro Manganese, Ferro Silicon and Silico Manganese under Section 25-A of Customs Act, 1969. Valuation Ruling i.e. VR No 715/2015 has superseded the previous valuation ruling No 433/2012.
According to details, Customs values of Ferro Manganese from Europe having PCT Heading 7202.1100 and 7202.1900 and proposed PCT for WeBOC 7202.1100.1000 and 7202.1900.1000 are fixed at LMB prices+US$45 per metric tonnes (on account of freight).
Customs values of Ferro Manganese from China, India and Vietnam having PCT Heading 7202.1100 and 7202.1900 and proposed PCT for WeBOC 7202.1100.1100 and 7202.1900.1100 are fixed at Asian Metal Bulletin prices+US$45 per metric tonnes (on account of freight).
Customs values of Ferro Silicon from Europe having PCT Heading 7202.1900 and proposed PCT for WeBOC 7202.1900.1200 are fixed at LMB prices+US$45 per metric tonnes (on account of freight).
Customs values of Ferro Silicon from China, India and Vietnam having PCT Heading 7202.1900 and proposed PCT for WeBOC 7202.1900.1300 are fixed at Asian Metal Bulletin prices+US$45per metric tonnes (on account of freight).
Customs values of Silicon Manganese from Europe having PCT Heading 7202.3000 and proposed PCT for WeBOC 7202.3000.1000 are fixed at LMB prices+US$45 per metric tonnes (on account of freight).
Customs values of Silicon Manganese from China, India and Vietnam having PCT Heading 7202.3000 and proposed PCT for WeBOC 7202.3000.1100 are fixed at Asian Metal Bulletin prices+US$45per metric tonnes (on account of freight).
