Customs E&C reshuffles 27 superintendents, inspectors & appraisers

LAHORE: Collectorate of Customs Enforcement and Compliance Lahore has undertaken large scale reshuffling of superintendents, appraisers and inspectors.

As per details, over 27 officials have been displaced. The officials who were reshuffled included Mehmood Saeed, Faizur Rehman, Zafarullah Khan Niazi, Serfraz Ahmad, Naveed Iqbal Cheema, Ashfaq Hamdani, Shozeb Raza, Ghazanfar Abass Khan, Masood Kamal Siddiqui, Shahid Khan, Asghar Purewal, Asad Khan, Iqbal Baigh, Abid Shafique, Mehmood Tippu, Saleem Ahmad Malik, Ashfaq Piracha, Saeed Sabir, Masood Arif, Safiq Baig and Munir Ahmad Niazi.

The transfers and postings have been undertaken with immediate effect. The officials have been ordered to report their new place at once.

It is necessary to mention here that Chief Collector Faiz Ahmad after assuming the charge directed to adopt zero tolerance policy against smuggling. Sources told that these reshuffling is ordered to get better results.
