Customs seizes Hino dumper truck near Chiniot

FAISALABAD: The Customs intelligence and investigation has seized a Hino Dumper Truck near Chiniot. The market value of the seized vehicle is Rs 4 million.

Sources told Customs Today that Additional Director Customs Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad Azmat Tahira received credible information regarding the said vehicle.

After receiving the information, she formed a raiding team comprising Riaz Hussain (DD),  Muhammad Tahir, Mohammad Saleem ( SIO), Muhammad Sikander, Ghulam Ghous, M. Aslam (sepoy’s).

The customs team intercepted the truck near Tehsil Chowk Jhang Road Chiniot and asked the driver, who was identified as Muhammad Zubair son of Ajab Khan, to produce legal documents regarding possession of truck but he failed to provide the same. The customs team seized the vehicle and registered a case against its owner.
