Customs holds an induction workshop on job performance assessment

RIYADH: The General Customs Department held a workshop on “The mechanism of implementing the job performance regulation” on Monday, 1438/11 / 1H, with the participation of the employees of the General Customs Department from various ports, “land, air and sea”. The workshop started with a speech by HE Mr. Saud Al-Swailem, Advisor and General Supervisor of the General Administration of Human Resources at the General Customs Authority, in which he welcomed all the participants in the workshop. He said that, through this workshop, we aim to activate the awareness and education aspect of the performance evaluation list, The next year, the focus of this workshop will be on performance management and evaluation, which is one of the most important elements and objectives of the human resources management program.

The workshop, which included a presentation and a detailed explanation of the job performance regulations for all participants, was presented by Mr. Ahmed Al-Othaimeen, a specialist in human resource development. The presentation included the objectives of performance management and benefits from its application. The workshop also included the presentation of visions and questions from participants and participants. It is worth mentioning that this workshop is the second workshop held by the General Customs Department as part of its awareness campaign to educate and introduce the job performance list.
