Customs inspectors transferred, posted

LAHORE: Collectorate of Customs Preventive Deputy Collector Palwasha Syed has under taken reshuffling of the different inspectors with immediate effect.

According to a notification issued by the Collectorate of Customs Preventive all the newly posted inspectors are directed to resume the charge of their new assignment immediately. Sources said that these inspectors stand relieved from their previous duties.

Afghan route closure weighs on Pakistan-Central Asia trade, exports fall 9%, imports plunge 88%

According to the newly issued notification these inspectors have been reshuffled at Customs Headquarters, Customs General Post Office (GPO), Lahore Airport and Land Fright Unit (LFU) Wagha.

The inspectors who are transferred and posted included lqbal Baig son of Riaz  Baig, Muhammad Ishaq Jalal son of Bashir Alm, Aslam Nadeen Butt son of Niamat Ali, Mian Muhammad Tariq son of Abdul Majeed, Pervaiz Ahmad Kazim son of Muhammad Hussnin, Qaiser Ehsan Rao son of Ehsan Ullall, Din Muhammad Tahir son of Nabi Buksh, Rana Muhammad Sadiq son of Rana Noor,  Muhammad Intikhab Ahmed, Ms. Zeba Naz,  Muhammad Asif Nawaz son of Ghulam Rasool and others.

Sources said that as the current fiscal year is already going to end soon. After the start of new fiscal year more postings and transfers are expected in the Collectorate of Customs Preventive after Eid holidays.
