Customs Preventive Collector Zulfiqar assigns duties to officers

LAHORE: Model Customs Collectorate Preventive Collector Zulfiqar Younis has distributed work of the collectorate among eight deputy and assistant collectors.

According to the detail, Deputy Collector Saima Ayyaz will look after Air Freight Unit (AFU) administration, Group-I and II, adjudication of AFU cases, audit and supervision of betel leaf adjudication and appeals.

Assistant Collector Palwasha Syed will handle all matters of Passenger Facilitation Center (PFC), while Assistant Collector Muhammad Adnan Khan will look after Anti-Smuggling Organisation (ASO), Investigation& Prosecution, GPO, state warehouse and auction.

Assistant Collector Asim Awan will be responsible of all matter of airport traffic, baggage and adjudication of traffic cases.

On the other hand, Assistant Collector Muhammd Akram will be incharge of T-10 Railways Station, Wagah, DDRA and departmental representative.

Assistant Collector Hamza Lak will look after AFU import examination, ICG, temporary imports and bank guarantees.

Assistant Collector Muhammad Naeemullah will deal with AFU Group-III, law and Federal Tax Ombudsman (FTO), while Assistant Collector Ejaz Shaheen will handle the matters, including exports, MCD and recovery.
