Customs Preventive to brief media today on foiled drug smuggling bid

KARACHI: Customs Preventive Additional Collector Syed Asad Raza Rizvi and Deputy Collector Ali Raza will hold a press conference today regarding a drug smuggling bid foiled by Customs Preventive Drugs Enforcement Cell at Karachi airport.

According to the details, Customs Drug Enforcement Cell on secret information intercepted passengers at Jinnah International Airport. During the checking of the passengers’ luggage, the officials found drugs as well as expensive cellular phones worth millions of rupees.
