Customs Preventive to start auction of general/leftover cargo from Dec 17

KARACHI: The Customs Collectorate Preventive will start auction of general and leftover cargo at the Iqra Enterprises, plot No D137 from December 17, 2016 at 10:30am. The auction process will conclude on December 29.

According to Deputy Collector Bond Auction, the general cargo and leftover cargo will be put on auction under SRO 450(1)/2001. The interested people have been urged to inspect the items kept at the given address.

Those participating in the auction process will have to pay 25 percent of the auction amount on the spot while the remaining 75 percent will be paid off within a period of seven days including payment of 10 percent income tax. Moreover, the participants must bring original CNIC and NTN certificate.

The cargo which will be auctioned include galvanized steel sheets, coil wire, ceramic tiles, hydraulic oil, aluminum file, fertilizer, lubricant oil, grease, paper board, printing lamination, bleach earth spent, soap, gum stock, BOPP film, diesel generator parts, polyethylene/polypropylene, fan coil with accessories, printed paper, synthetic resin, poly black sheet, floor mats etc.
