Customs Preventive undertakes large scale transfers, postings

LAHORE: The Collectorate of Customs Preventive has undertaken large scale reshuffling at the Customs Anti-Smuggling Organization, Chief Collector Office, Chief Accounts Office, and Drug Enforcement Cell.

According to details, Mumtaz Ajmal Mian has been posted as Superintendent Customs Anti-Smuggling Organization while Waqar Ahmd Cheema has been transferred to Customs Intelligence and Investigation Lahore.

Agha Qadeer Haider Qazal Bash, Israr Hussain, and Muhammad Salim Akhtar have been posted as deputy superintendents at the Customs Anti-Smuggling Organization.

A number of inspectors have also been transferred and posted at the Customs Anti-Smuggling Organization.

Abdul Ghaffar, Mansab Shah, Mughal-e-Azam, Muhammad Arif Mayo, Muhammad Aslam Iqbal, Muhammad Khalid Butt, Rai Khalid Javaid, Raza Tufail and Syed Sajjad Hussain Bukhari were posted at the Anti-Smuggling Organization whereas the Collector Preventive also reshuffled the staff.

Rafaqat Hussain, Shahid Farooq, Asad Khan Muhammad Abid Saddique, Nadeem Mehmood, Shahid Bukhtiar and Syed Rehan Iqbal were posted at CDU, Chief Accounts Office, Chief Collector Office.

Similarly, superintendent, deputy superintendent and inspectors were posted at the Drug Enforcement Branch and General Duty Staff.

Malik Muhammad Yasin, Masood Sadiq, Muhammad Imtiaz Hanif, Naveed Akhtar, Zia Ashfaq, Khawaja Muhammad Bilal, Asim Nadeem Butt, Muhammad Ahmad, Mehmood Ali Riaz, Muhammad Afzal, Muhammad Ali Iqbal, Muhammad Saleem, Muzaffar Hussain and Riaz Ali Shah were posted at the DEB and General Staff Duty.  The transfers and postings were said to have been undertaken as per routine.
