KARACI: The Directorate of Customs Intelligence and Investigations Peshawar has recovered smuggled electronics goods and six kilograms of tea during a crackdown.
Sources informed Customs Today that the Customs authorities received credible information that a huge quantity of electronics items are being smuggled from Peshawar. Following which, the director Customs Intelligence formed a raiding team.
The Customs team intercepted a bus near Ring Road. During the checking process of the bus, the Customs team recovered 500GB hard disks, 100 mother boards, and six kilograms of tea. The Customs team seized the goods and started investigations.
