Customs Superintendent Fazal’s minor penalty set aside

ISLAMABAD: The Appellate Authority of Federal Board of Revenue has set aside the minor penalty imposed on Fazal Mahmood, a BS-17 officer of Pakistan Customs Service.

The officer, posted as Superintendent, Directorate of Internal Audit (Customs), Lahore, had filed a departmental appeal against the minor penalty of “with-holding of two annual increments without cumulative effect” imposed on him vide Board’s Notification No.1167-C-III/2016 dated 10.05.2016.
